Shipping and Returns
We appreciate you shopping with us! Orders ship the same business day or the business day after the order has been placed. On holidays, Fridays after 2PM, and weekends, orders may take additional time to ship from our warehouse.
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped. Tracking updates are typically available within 1 day of shipment.
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost, stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the incorrect address. If your package shows that it was delivered and you have not received it, please contact the appropriate delivery service.
We ask that you ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout, but we know that sometimes mistakes can happen. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address, please contact us ASAP at email@example.com.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
We accept returns for an online credit for non-final sale items when postmarked within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Items marked with Final Sale cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged. For any questions, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Worn items, washed items, or items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you and are subject to additional shipping cost. Original tags must be attached & intact.
